Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,867 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.
