Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC45B, OR8B12, and OR8B4. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNC45B grouped by BRAP-low versus BRAP-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
