BRAFP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAFP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,046 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAFP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, PACS2, and NFIX_S301. Each is linked with BRAFP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAFP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRAFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
