Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRAFP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRAFP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher BRAFP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRAFP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and PAAD show a favorable association.

BRCA, LGG, and STAD are the cancer types where BRAFP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
