BRAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,015 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPARP-AS1, KISS1R, and TNFRSF10B. Each is linked with BRAF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAF-to-partner and partner-to-BRAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPARP-AS1 grouped by BRAF-low versus BRAF-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
