Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPY2DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,181 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPY2DP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11G2, ACTR5, and ZNF831. Each is linked with BPY2DP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPY2DP-to-partner and partner-to-BPY2DP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11G2 grouped by BPY2DP-low versus BPY2DP-high in STAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPY2DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPY2DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
