Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BPY2DP RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BPY2DP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BPY2DP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BPY2DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where BPY2DP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
