BPY2DP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPY2DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,315 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPY2DP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microautophagy, Positive regulation of ruffle assembly, and Succinyl-CoA metabolic process. Each is linked with BPY2DP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPY2DP-to-partner and partner-to-BPY2DP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microautophagy grouped by BPY2DP-low versus BPY2DP-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPY2DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPY2DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
