BPY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD15, CHRNA4, and DHODH. Each is linked with BPY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPY2-to-partner and partner-to-BPY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
