Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BPY2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BPY2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher BPY2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BPY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LIHC are the cancer types where BPY2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
