BPY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA2, PPFIBP2, and C8A. Each is linked with BPY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPY2-to-partner and partner-to-BPY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
