Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BPTFP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BPTFP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher BPTFP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BPTFP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where BPTFP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
