BPNT2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPNT2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,437 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPNT2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NACC1, RCOR3, and RPL26. Each is linked with BPNT2P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT2P-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P versus NACC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPNT2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPNT2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
