Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BPNT2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BPNT2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher BPNT2P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BPNT2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and MESO show a favorable association.

UCS, MESO, and GBM are the cancer types where BPNT2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
