Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPNT2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,413 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPNT2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with BPNT2P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT2P-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein catabolic process grouped by BPNT2P-low versus BPNT2P-high in STAD.
