Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPIFB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,213 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPIFB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, Regulation of SNARE complex assembly, and Telencephalon development. Each is linked with BPIFB3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPIFB3-to-partner and partner-to-BPIFB3 results are reported.
