BPI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,347 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, RPL22, and RPL9. Each is linked with BPI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPI-to-partner and partner-to-BPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPI versus RCN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
