BPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR4, OR2T7, and SPRR5. Each is linked with BPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPI-to-partner and partner-to-BPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRR4 grouped by BPI-low versus BPI-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
