Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPGM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,938 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPGM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Respiratory gaseous exchange by respiratory system, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with BPGM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPGM-to-partner and partner-to-BPGM results are reported.
