BPGM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPGM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,876 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPGM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUV39H1, STK35, and TIMELESS. Each is linked with BPGM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPGM-to-partner and partner-to-BPGM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPGM versus SUV39H1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
