BPGM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPGM protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,093 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPGM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of striated muscle cell apoptotic process, Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process, and Primary neural tube formation. Each is linked with BPGM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPGM-to-partner and partner-to-BPGM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of striated muscle cell apoptotic process grouped by BPGM-low versus BPGM-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
