BORCS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,906 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMAS, DNM1L, and PTK2B_S375. Each is linked with BORCS5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS5-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORCS5 versus CMAS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
