BORCS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV12-2, TXNL4AP1, and EIF4EBP2P3. Each is linked with BORCS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS5-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV12-2 grouped by BORCS5-low versus BORCS5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
