BOP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, SLC25A16, and INSIG1. Each is linked with BOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOP1-to-partner and partner-to-BOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3H grouped by BOP1-low versus BOP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
