BOLL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RNU6-15P, and E2F6P1. Each is linked with BOLL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLL-to-partner and partner-to-BOLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by BOLL-low versus BOLL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
