BOLA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTD, MEX3B, and COLEC12. Each is linked with BOLA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOLA3 versus BTD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
