BOLA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ37, RNU6-756P, and MIR3176. Each is linked with BOLA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ37 grouped by BOLA3-low versus BOLA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
