Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with BOLA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3 results are reported.
