Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOLA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,396 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, Meiotic chromosome segregation, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with BOLA3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3 results are reported.
