Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BOLA2-SMG1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BOLA2-SMG1P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher BOLA2-SMG1P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BOLA2-SMG1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and BLCA are the cancer types where BOLA2-SMG1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
