BOK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,269 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, INPP4B, and BOK_S8. Each is linked with BOK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-to-partner and partner-to-BOK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOK versus RAI14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
