Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, ASPA, and PDE1A. Each is linked with BOK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-to-partner and partner-to-BOK results are reported.
