Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,663 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chorionic trophoblast cell proliferation, Actin filament bundle assembly, and Regulation of execution phase of apoptosis. Each is linked with BOK in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-to-partner and partner-to-BOK results are reported.
