BOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00706, RN7SL122P, and RN7SL652P. Each is linked with BOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOD1-to-partner and partner-to-BOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00706 grouped by BOD1-low versus BOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
