Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL652P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL652P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL652P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RN7SL652P RNA expression shows 13,157 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight KICH, COAD, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RN7SL652P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
