BOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,200 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW11, RBM22, and MAPK9. Each is linked with BOD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOD1-to-partner and partner-to-BOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOD1 versus FBXW11 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
