Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,572 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, SEPTIN11, and PHLDB1. Each is linked with BOC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOC-to-partner and partner-to-BOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOC versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
