Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, Tuberin_pT1462, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with BOC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOC-to-partner and partner-to-BOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by BOC-low versus BOC-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
