Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,710 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole involved in autophagy, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with BOC in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOC-to-partner and partner-to-BOC results are reported.
