BOC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf72, OLIG3, and PDHA2. Each is linked with BOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOC-to-partner and partner-to-BOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf72 grouped by BOC-low versus BOC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
