BNIP3P25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,171 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP3P25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, MAP1S, and SERBP1_S221. Each is linked with BNIP3P25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3P25-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3P25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P25 versus CTBP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP3P25→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP3P25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
