Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,660 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BNIP3P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Protein acylation, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with BNIP3P13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3P13-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3P13 results are reported.
