BNIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,058 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, FTLP18, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with BNIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1228P grouped by BNIP3-low versus BNIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
