BNC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BNC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,900 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR176, KIRREL1, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with BNC2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC2-to-partner and partner-to-BNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNC2 versus GPR176 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
