BNC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BNC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL21, CPXCR1, and ARSH. Each is linked with BNC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC2-to-partner and partner-to-BNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL21 grouped by BNC2-low versus BNC2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
