Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BNC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BNC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BNC2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BNC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and CHOL show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where BNC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
