BNC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,574 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, CEP170B, and COPZ2. Each is linked with BNC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC1-to-partner and partner-to-BNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNC1 versus C1S in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
