Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,836 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1C, AKAP5, and KRT14. Each is linked with BNC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC1-to-partner and partner-to-BNC1 results are reported.
