Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Tuberin. Each is linked with BNC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC1-to-partner and partner-to-BNC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by BNC1-low versus BNC1-high in STAD.
