BMX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6806, LINC01072, and NCOR1P1. Each is linked with BMX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMX-to-partner and partner-to-BMX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6806 grouped by BMX-low versus BMX-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
